We are a professional touch panel PC factory. Every piece of customer feedback is treated as urgent and important. Our experienced service team is trained to respond quickly and professionally, ensuring you receive dedicated support from pre-sales consultation to after-sales service. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
1. We provide lifetime maintenance, with the first year completely free of charge.
2. Within the first year of delivery, if any product develops a quality-related issue, simply send us photos or videos of the fault. Our technicians will analyze the problem and provide the necessary spare parts and repair guidance—at no cost to you.
3. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you may return the faulty product. We will repair and return it within one week. If repair is not possible, a replacement unit will be sent free of charge.
4. Please note: damage caused by misuse or human error is not covered under the free warranty.
5. After the first year, we continue to offer maintenance services. Spare parts will be charged at factory cost; maintenance remains free.
6. For bulk orders, we will include spare units proportionate to your order volume and product model, allowing immediate replacement of any defective units.
