01 Constant temperature and humidity chamber

• Test items: temperature and humidity pretreatment, temperature and humidity environment simulation.

• Testing function: To provide standard temperature and humidity conditioning for textiles , eliminate the influence of temperature and humidity on indicators such as strength, size, and moisture regain, and ensure that subsequent physical and chemical test data are stable and comparable.

02 Textile moisture permeability meter

• Test item: Wet permeability value (WVP) of fabric.

• Test purpose: To determine the ability of water vapor to pass through a fabric per unit area and per unit time, and to evaluate its moisture permeability and comfort performance.

03 Hydrostatic pressure tester

• Test item: hydrostatic pressure resistance.

• Test purpose: To determine the fabric's ability to resist water penetration under continuous hydrostatic pressure, demonstrating its water-repellent and seepage-proof performance.

04 pH meter

• Test item: pH value of textile aqueous extract.

• Testing purpose: To detect the pH value of fabrics, determine post-dyeing and finishing processes, ecological safety, skin compatibility, and meet the requirements of textile safety standards.

05 Martindale abrasion tester

• Test items: abrasion resistance and pilling/fuzzing level.

• Test purpose: To simulate actual wear friction, assess the abrasion resistance and durability of fabrics, surface anti-pilling and anti-fuzzing properties, and reflect appearance retention and service life.

06 Color fastness to perspiration in a drying oven

• Test items: color fastness to water and perspiration, and constant temperature drying after the test.

• Test purpose: To provide standard constant temperature drying conditions for water and perspiration resistance combination samples, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of water and perspiration resistance color fastness rating.

07 Textile down-proof tester

• Test item: Down leakage prevention performance.

• Test purpose: To test the extent to which down feathers escape from fabric gaps and yarn gaps through mechanical rubbing, and to evaluate the down-proof sealing performance.

08 Color fastness tester for rubbing

• Test Item: Colorfastness to Dry/Wet Rubbing.

• Test Purpose: To determine the degree of color transfer and staining of fabrics under dry and wet rubbing conditions, and to assess the colorfastness and wearability grades.

09 Vapor shrinkage rate tester

• Test item: Steam shrinkage rate and dimensional stability.

• Test purpose: To determine the dimensional change rate of fabrics under saturated steam, and to show the shrinkage and deformation trends after ironing and steam finishing.

10 Wash fastness tester

• Test item: Color fastness to soap washing.

• Test purpose: To simulate a washing environment, test the degree of color change and staining of fabrics after multiple washes, and evaluate the soap wash fastness grade.

11 Electronic Fabric Strength Tester

• Test items: tensile strength, tear strength, seam slippage, etc.

• Testing purpose: To determine the mechanical strength and mechanical properties of fabrics, and to evaluate their strength of wear, fastness of processing, and durability.
